Danielle Wall has been practicing law for over 4 years. She began her career as a prosecutor in Orange County, Florida, and gained experience on the elements of firearms crimes in this State. After serving as a prosecutor, Danielle opened her own firm, which she ran for 2 years before joining the law firm of Katz & Phillips, P.A. as an associate attorney. With Katz & Phillips, Danielle has zealously represented hundreds of clients that faced criminal charges, including firearms charges.
Danielle has spoken at and attended several seminars on gun law, the rights of gun owners, and the possibility of criminal and civil charges that could arise from lawfully defending oneself, including with a firearm.
Danielle is also an attorney, through Katz & Phillips, P.A., that works with U.S. Law Shield, a Firearm Owner’s Protection Program. She answers gun law legal questions from firearms owners and non-owners throughout the state of Florida, as well as advises men and women traveling with firearms how to do so properly, safely and legally throughout the country.
