NEW – Low Cost Automated Expungements

The first new website we have launched will allow you to expunge or seal your prior criminal cases using today’s cutting edge technology.  Not sure if you qualify to seal or expunge your record?  Take the new websites automated quiz to see if you qualify.  This website is currently only for Florida Residents, but we hope to expand it soon to allow anyone in the United States to determine if they can seal or expunge their criminal records and if they can, to do so using the latest technology to help lower the costs.  Our attorneys will still review your application and be involved in the process, but the level of automation that the new site is designed to allow help us reduce the costs to you.  Check out the new site at www.sealorexpunge.com.

The Return of Orlando Criminal Team

Before Katz & Phillips, P.A. became known as The Firearm Firm, we were one of Orlando’s leading DUI defense and Criminal defense law firms.  In fact, both of the founding partners of Katz & Phillips, P.A. are Board Certified DUI Defense Specialists.*  David Katz, who first achieved recognition as a Board Certified DUI Defense Expert in 2012 is now recognized as a Senior DUI Defense Specialist and James Phillips has been a Board Certified since 2016.  David and James are two of only 4 Board Certified DUI Defense Experts in the entire state of Florida and the only ones with offices in Orlando, serving all of Central Florida and beyond.  Board Certification in DUI Defense is awarded by the National College for DUI Defense, the only organization accredited by the American Bar Association to confer Board Certification in the area of DUI Defense.  David is also a Board member of the Executive Board of the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD) and both David and James are faculty members of the NCDD.  In the role of Faculty members both have helped train hundreds of DUI Defense attorneys the trial skills they need to successfully defend clients nationwide.
